Rental Details
Single Person:- $10 per hour

Tandum (Two Person): $15 per hour

Equipment Included: Paddle and U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jacket
Payment & Fees
I agree to a $30 Damage Deposit PER PADDLE. Refunded upon successful return of the Rental Paddle, kayak, and life jacket.
I agree to pay a $25 late return fee if the Kayak is returned more than 15 mins past the reserved time limit.
Safety & Operation
I confirm that All renters and operators are at least 18 years of age or accompanied by an adult.
I agree not to operate the Kayak while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substances
I agree any child age 6 or below will have an age appropriate life jacket worn at all times on the vessel.I acknowledge that the law requires each adult to have one coast guard approved life jacket on board.
Use Restrictions
I agree not to operate after dark
I will not exceed the maximum occupancy

Liability Waiver and Release Agreement

Renter assumes full responsibility and agrees to hold Good Days Marina harmless from any liability resulting from use.
I, the undersigned Renter, understand and acknowledge that the operation of a

watercraft involves inherent risks...

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Good Days Marina...

I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees...I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees...

I certify that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained...

I acknowledge that life jackets and other PFDs are available and recommended...

By signing this waiver and release, I acknowledge and represent that I have read,

understood, and agree to it.

This Agreement shall be governed by the State of Michigan and Roscommon County.
