• 2026 GP Parking

“Many hands make light work” and this is so true for GP Parking. The more volunteers we have, the easier and more fun it is for everyone!
  • Individuals wishing to volunteer for the 2026 GP Parking event must complete this form.

ONE FORM IS REQUIRED PER ADULT VOLUNTEER.

  • Thank you for volunteering for Silverstone School Parking CIC.

Every hour you give to 2026 GP Parking activities will help both Silverstone CE Primary School and other local organisations raise funds to provide educational experiences and activities for our children to enjoy.

Anyone aged 16 and over is welcome to volunteer.
Under‑16s are welcome to attend alongside an adult but are not counted as individual volunteers.

    • Please note:
Volunteering on the day can be a mix of steady activity and quieter moments. At times you may experience high levels of traffic, noise, or crowds, while at other times things may slow down.
We ask all volunteers to keep this in mind and consider what will suit them best — especially if volunteering with a child.
    • There are several roles that help keep each car park running smoothly. Don’t worry if you’re unsure which role suits you — full guidance will be given, and you’ll never be left to figure things out on your own.
More detailed information will be shared nearer the event, and additional guidance can be found in the Volunteer Hub.
    • We operate across four car park locations, which you can view here.
To keep things fair and manageable, we’re unable to take location preferences. Allocations will be confirmed nearer the event and will depend on volunteer numbers and expected vehicle volumes.
    • Our car park teams are made up of members of the CIC community, and working together is a big part of the experience. While we’ll do our best where possible, we can’t guarantee that friends or groups will always be placed together.
