Service Terms
Labor Rate & Billing: Standard labor rate is $160 per hour. Billing is based on actual time spent unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Parts & Materials: Customer acknowledges that parts may be new, remanufactured, or aftermarket unless otherwise specified. Parts pricing may include a markup. Availability, delays, and fitment issues are outside the control of Tarmac Automotive.
Custom & Diagnostic Work: Customer understands that custom fabrication, wiring, and diagnostic work are variable in nature and may require additional time beyond initial estimates. No fixed completion time is guaranteed.
Test Driving & Operation: Customer authorizes Tarmac Automotive to operate and test drive the vehicle as necessary for diagnosis, repair, and verification.
Additional Work Approval: Customer understands that additional repairs or services may be required. Tarmac Automotive will obtain approval via text or email.
Payment Terms
Payment is due in full upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Unless otherwise discussed, vehicles not picked up within 14 days of completion may incur storage fees of $100 per day. Vehicles left unpaid or unclaimed may be subject to lien and/or abandonment procedures in accordance with Colorado law.
Limitation of Liability
Tarmac Automotive is not responsible for failure of pre-existing or unrelated components, especially on modified, aged, or custom vehicles. Tarmac Automotive is not reponsible for personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
