• Food and Beverage Vendor Application

    Applications will not be considered unless submitted electronically. Before submitting, please read the Gila County Fair Vendor Handbook. Food permits must be current, and regulated grease traps are mandatory. Fire hoods, extinguishers, and grease traps will be inspected prior to fair opening for business. If you fail to have correct fire hood or grease trap equipment, you may be unable to operate. You will be required to use a cash register and turn in tapes. Payment will be requested at time of acceptance. YOUR SPACE AND LOCATION ARE NOT GUARANTEED UNTIL FULL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.

  • All contracted vendors are required to provide product and general liability certificates of insurance. Vendors shall be covered by no less than $1 Million per occurrence liability policy. Workman's Compensation insurance is required for those not self-owned and operated. You will be required to submit a valid insurance certificate upon acceptance of your vendor application. Application is considered "accepted - incomplete" until insurance certificate is received.

    It must appear on the certificate as stated additionally insured: “Gila County Fair, Inc., their directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives, PO Box 906, Globe, Arizona 85502” and “Gila County, 1400 E Ash St., Globe, AZ 85501.”
