All contracted vendors are required to provide product and general liability certificates of insurance. Vendors shall be covered by no less than $1 Million per occurrence liability policy. Workman's Compensation insurance is required for those not self-owned and operated. You will be required to submit a valid insurance certificate upon acceptance of your vendor application. Application is considered "accepted - incomplete" until insurance certificate is received.
