  • Before You Start

The Leaders in Training Program is for those born 2007-2013.

     -

The program runs every Tuesday from June 30th-August 25th, 3pm-8:30pm at the Ken Cox Community Centre (Father Redmond).

Each week, we meet at the field for a leadership lesson, a pizza lunch, and to set up the field before the kids arrive. You will then help as junior coaches with the kids program, for example helping the head coaches with instructing the kids, making substitutions, etc...

The program wraps up each night around 8:30pm.

    -

The cost is $50 for the summer, which includes food, a uniform, and tickets to the TFC Game. Payment is due at a later time.

  • PARTICIPANT INFORMATION:

  • Attendance Commitment

By joining the Leaders in Training Program, I understand that I’m expected to be there every Tuesday in July and August from 3:00–8:30pm.*

Being consistently late or missing too many sessions could mean I’m not able to complete the program, and will affect the number of community hours I can receive.

If I have any questions or concerns, I’ll talk to the Program Directors (Andrew and Chelsea) before the summer, by emailing: info@lakeshoresoccerleague.com.

*We know things come up - like family vacations or getting sick - and that’s okay. Just make sure to let us know ahead of time whenever possible.

  • PARENT/GUARDIAN INFORMATION:

The program finishes up around 8:30pm every Tuesday in July and August, often when it is getting dark. Please specificy if your child has permission to leave on their own (e.g. to walk/bike home, or take the TTC on their own).

  • Emergency Contact Info.

This can be another parent/guardian, other family member, or family friend.
  • Format: (000) 000-0000.
  • Team Requests

We assign 3 or 4 Leaders in Training participants to help with every kids team.
