EPH Outdoor Tournament Waiver

Please read the following statement in its entirety.
I give permission for the registered athletes to participate in the outdoor basketball tournament hosted by EP Hustle.

I understand that participation in athletic activities, including basketball tournaments, involves inherent risks. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the registered participants participation in this event.

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless EP Hustle, its coaches, volunteers, staff, sponsors, facility owners, and event organizers from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during participation in the tournament.

I certify that the registered participants are physically fit and able to participate in basketball activities.

I also grant permission for photographs and/or video recordings of the registered participants to be taken during the event to be used by EP Hustle for promotional and social media purposes without compensation.
