IATF Venue Card Order Form

Thank you for ordering Venue Cards from Average Joe's!

After you have created your card here, we will invoice you for the number of cards you ordered, plus shipping. Shipping is $10 in North America, and we will quote you the price for anywhere outside of it. 

Once the card has been designed, you will receive a proof for approval prior to printing (usually within 5-7 business days). You will have 24 hours to respond with any changes before it gets sent to be printed. Cards may take 7-12 business days to print and ship, and 3-6 additional business days to receive (depending on your location).

We hope that you will like the cards we have designed!

Please note that we will print EXACTLY what you enter (spelling and grammar mistakes included!)

We reserve the right not to print any images or text that we deem vulgar, illegal, or does not represent the values of our organization, as determined solely by us. If we make any such determination, you will be contacted with the option to receive a refund (less applicable transaction fees), or to make changes.

Pay close attention to the guidelines and suggestions throughout to get the absolutely best Player Card that we can produce for you!

The fields below are the default fields that are included with every card. If you want them to be used in a different way (for example - instead of # of Targets you want to give hours of operation), fill in the desired information below, and in the text area provided, describe the field label you want to replace, and what you want to replace it with (maximum 12 characters, including spaces for the field label)

This is where you can talk about your venue! What do you want people to know about it? Here are some suggestions, but it is up to YOU what you put here! 

• Highlights of the facility?
• Activities other than axe throwing?
• Do you run leagues? Tournaments? Lessons?
• Hours of operation
• Athletes that have competed at the championships
• Walk-ins? Book ahead of time?
• Licensed? Food?
• Interesting facts someone may not know about the venue or axe throwing?

This is about YOUR VENUE, so use this section to let people into a bit more about it :)

You have up to 10 lines of text with a maximum of 35 characters PER LINE. (if you have a cool idea that you can't make work with the text lines below, email averagejoestradingcards@gmail.com and pitch us! We might be able to accommodate it.)

*note that as above, we reserve the right to decline the use of any vulgar or illegal depictions in this section at our sole discretion.

*note emoji's do NOT print properly on the cards. Please do not add them. Any that are added will be replaced by default with their word equivilent.

By submitting this form, you are agreeing to the cost of the card quantity you have selected, with an additional $10 shipping cost for North American orders, or the amount agreed upon with Average Joes otherwise. All prices are quoted in US dollars.

An invoice from our payment system, Square, will be sent to the email address provided, and no card proof will be created until that invoice has been paid.
