7TH GRADE ONLY: Urban Air Field Trip (April 28th)

DUE Friday, April 24th: Please fill out one form per student and one form per chaperone. This field trip will involve activity time at Urban Air in Newnan.

Students: $30

Students earned $10 towards their trip for every 5 raffle tickets sold. Google Sheets showing credit from the raffle fundraiser is located here.

You can send in cash with students or pay online on Revtrak. Please include your student's first & last name and "Urban Air Field Trip".
