When would you like your kit, materials or experience?* This field is required.Date requests will be honored in the order they are received. Kits will be available on the arranged date. Teachers are responsible for pick up from Horizons Unlimited. Horizons staff will be glad to pick up on the day kits are due. They are due back 2 weeks after this date. The due date will be listed on the outside of the kit.
