Invoices will be issued in PDF format and sent via email before the conference. 

Payment by Invoice: If your company or university is covering the fee and requires an invoice before payment, please select 'Invoice to Company'. Ensure all institutional billing details are entered correctly; inaccurate information will result in incorrect invoices!

PLEASE NOTE:

• Early registration STRICT deadline: May 28th, 2026.

• Each paper/poster must be covered by one full registration (non-student).
  For authors with two accepted papers/posters, one full registration covers ONE paper/poster. An additional fee of Eur 300+VAT will be charged for the second paper/poster. (choose the 2 PAPERS Fees)

• Each author registration covers up to two papers/posters in total. 

Fees must be paid in Euros (€) via credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or bank transfer to Pragma Congressi srl.

If you choose bank transfer, please complete the registration form first. Bank transfer details and instructions will be provided in your registration confirmation email.

Please note that admission to ACM BCB 2026 cannot be guaranteed until full payment has been received. Registrations with outstanding or delayed payments will be cancelled.

Invoices must be settled by your institution via bank transfer within 30 days (Net 30) and, in any case, no later than 20 days before the conference begins.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations are non-refundable
