    Fill out this form to request a change in your degree plan. All students who have completed 2 semesters or 15 credit hours (whichever comes first) MUST declare a plan. Please contact MC-DualCredit@lonestar.edu or 936-273-7304 for additional assistance.
  • As a dual credit student, you are required by law to file a degree plan with Lone Star College after completing 15 credit or 2 semesters, whichever comes first. Even if you decide to transfer to a 4-year university after you graduate high school and prior to completing a degree at Lone Star, you MUST declare a degree plan with Lone Star College.
