By attending and participating in this Motorrad Riders event as a Guest, I confirm that:
1. Voluntary Participation
I am taking part voluntarily and understand that I am not a member of Motorrad Riders. My participation is at the discretion of the organisers and may be withdrawn at any time.
2. Personal Responsibility
I confirm that:
· I hold a valid motorcycle licence (if riding)
· My motorcycle is road-legal, insured, taxed, and MOT compliant (where applicable)
· I am responsible for my own safety, decisions, and actions at all times
· I will ride within my own ability and in accordance with UK law
3. Fitness to Ride
I confirm that:
· I am fit to ride and not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that may impair my ability
· I will not participate if I feel unwell or unsafe to ride
4. Medical Disclosure
I will notify the organisers of any relevant medical condition that may affect my safety or the safety of others during the event.
5. No Training / No Supervision
I understand that Motorrad Riders does not provide training, supervision, or instruction. Any guidance given is informal and does not replace my responsibility as a rider.
6. Acceptance of Risk
I acknowledge that motorcycling is inherently dangerous and may result in serious injury or death.
I accept full responsibility for all risks associated with my participation.
7. Liability Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
· I participate entirely at my own risk
· Motorrad Riders, its organisers, volunteers, and ride leaders accept no liability for any loss, injury, damage, or claim arising from my participation
This does not exclude liability where it cannot be legally excluded.
8. Indemnity
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Motorrad Riders, its organisers, and volunteers from any claims, loss, or damage arising from my actions or conduct.
9. Conduct & Compliance
I agree to:
· Follow all reasonable instructions from ride leaders
· Attend and adhere to the pre-ride briefing
· Ride responsibly and respectfully
· Conduct myself in a way that does not put others at risk or damage the reputation of Motorrad Riders
I understand that I may be removed from the event at any time if required.
10. Media Consent
I consent to the use of photos or video content featuring me for Motorrad Riders' promotional and community purposes.
