Please review the following information carefully before submitting your signature: By signing this application, the undersigned confirms ownership of the storage vehicle and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Marion County Agricultural Society, its board of directors, and employees from any and all liabilities, claims, damages, or costs arising from the rental, including, but not limited to, those caused by weather or acts of God. Upon receipt of your application, a contract for the 2026/2027 winter season will be sent. Please return the signed contract, along with the required payment, to secure your winter storage space. All items will be received and returned on the designated day only. Please note: the maximum height allowed for all units is 11' 6".
