Please read below and check that you have read all the new and exciting updates planned for this year’s event!

Type of Vendor
Vendors wishing to sell boutique, curated, or imported goods must apply under the Boutique Market category (limited spaces available).

Food Vendor
- Vendors are required to have permits if they are selling/handling food products.
- Vendors must receive their permit by November 1, 2025 (one week before the fair.)
- Information on permits can be found on the Sturbridge Board of Health website at www.sturbridge.gov/board-health/webforms/applications, or to speak with the Board of Health please call (508) 347-2504.
Submit at least three (3) images of items that you sell. We will be showcasing vendors on our NEW Facebook page for advertising.

This year we will be offering various vendor table sizes in all locations:
- $50 - 10' x 06' (Original size)
- $70 - 10' x 10' (Vendor Standard)
We also offer for an additional fee:
- Electricity (limited locations) $10

Please Note:
- If you were a vendor last year, your booth number may not be the same this year due to the updated layout and additional spaces.
- Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-paid basis. We are unable to hold spots without payment.
