Community Booth Sign Up
Thank you for your interest on participating in the City of Mountain View's inaugural Pride event. Please submit the following form to apply to host a Community Booth. There is no fee, however, all booths will be required to provide a pride-related interactive activity and/or pride-related giveaways.
Event: Together in Pride
Date: Saturday, June 20, 2026
Event Time: 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. (Set up available 9:30-11 a.m.)
Location: 500 Castro Street, Mountain View, CA 94040
Expected audience size: 3,000+
Event activities: Live Performances, Drag Story Time, Community Booths, Inflatables, Photo Booth, Community Art, Hair Tinsel Station, Food Trucks, and more!
All booth spaces are 10'x10' and will include the following:
- One Tent
- One 8-foot Table
- Two Chairs
Important Note: After the application period closes on May 15, 2026, the City of Mountain View will review all applications and select the booths for the event. Submission of an application does not guarantee a booth space. Booth spaces are reserved for non-profit organizations serving the LGBTQIA2S+ community.
