Hajj 2027 Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

By participating in this campaign, all participants agree to the following terms and conditions set by MTJF Canada and IKHLAS:

1. Eligibility

Open to participants from all regions.
Employees of MTJF Canada and IKHLAS, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

2. Prize Coverage

The prize consists of a Hajj 2027 package valued up to a maximum of $12,000 CAD.
Under no circumstances will the value exceed $12,000 CAD.
This prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit.

3. No Cash Alternative

The winner will not receive $12,000 CAD in cash.
Payment (up to $12,000 CAD) will be made directly to the authorized Hajj provider (e.g., Nusuk platform or designated agent).
If IKHLAS is unable to arrange Hajj through its own Nusuk portal, payment will still be made directly to an approved provider.

4. Draw & Winner Response

The winner will be selected through a random draw.
The selected winner will be contacted immediately.
If the winner fails to respond within 48 hours, the prize will be forfeited, and a new draw will be conducted without exception.

5. Visa Responsibility

MTJF Canada and IKHLAS are NOT responsible for:
Hajj visa approval or rejection
Visa application process
The winner is solely responsible for ensuring all visa requirements are fulfilled.

6. Nusuk Platform & Booking

If the winner chooses to book via Nusuk, IKHLAS will provide its authorized code to facilitate booking.
The winner must complete the booking process independently using the provided system.

7. Package Upgrades

If the winner selects a Hajj package exceeding $12,000 CAD, they are fully responsible for paying the remaining balance out of pocket.

8. Flights Not Included

This prize covers Hajj package services only.
Airline tickets are NOT included.
The winner is fully responsible for booking and paying for their own flights.

9. Passport Requirements

The winner must hold a passport with minimum 6 months validity prior to travel.
MTJF Canada and IKHLAS will not be responsible for any issues arising from expired or invalid travel documents.

10. Donation

This is optional and not a requirement to register in the draw, and it does not contribute toward the Hajj package cost.

11. Sponsorship

This Hajj package (up to $12,000 CAD) is fully sponsored by IKHLAS.

12. Liability Disclaimer

MTJF Canada is not responsible for:
Hajj arrangements
Travel logistics
Accommodation issues
Payments or service delivery
All operational responsibilities lie with IKHLAS or the selected service provider.

13. General Conditions

The organizers reserve the right to modify, amend, or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice if required.
Any misuse, fraud, or violation of terms will result in immediate disqualification.
