Applications received by this date will be reviewed by the District Grants Committee with clubs notified of acceptance or denial by September 18th, 2026. -Please be sure to submit the MOU in order to complete your grant submission. -Please complete all the sections of this form. -Every effort will be made to award available funds in the fairest manner as possible and every application will be evaluated by the matrix shared below. Terms and Conditions: Only “qualified” Clubs are eligible to participate in District Grant programs. To be qualified, at least one Club member (preferably the Club President and/or Club Foundation Chair) must attend a Grants Management Training Seminar, give at minimum $500 to the annual fund share, and the Club’s President and President-Elect must sign and submit the required Club M.O.U.
