Field Trip Details
As the Parents / Guardian - I/we give permission for my child to attend the field trip to Granary Road Calgary on July 17.

Activities at Granary Road May Include
- Visiting and exploring Granary Road Active Learning Park
- Participating in outdoor play and discovery activities
- Exploring farm-themed and nature-themed learning areas
- Walking through interactive exhibits and activity stations
- Playing in playground and movement areas
- Group games and team-building activities with summer camp staff
- Observing animals and learning about farm life, if available
- Enjoying lunch/snack time in a supervised group area
- Participating in supervised summer camp activities organized by Fun Kids Club Calgary staff
- Exploring the Granary Road site with staff supervision
Supervision Plan:
- All offsite activities will be assessed to ensure the Supervision is adequate.
- Staff and volunteers will be familiar with Fun Kids Club off-site policies.
- To ensure children’s safety both indoors and outdoors through adequate, active, and effective supervision
- Directing and closely monitoring children when carrying out activities that may involve some risk, such as playing by the steps, near doorways, or during transition times when Children may gather in large groups;
- Observing play and anticipating what may happen next in order to provide caregivers with the opportunity to assist children and intervene in the event of potential danger.
