    This is a one-day, outdoor, market event held at Dahlia Coffee Co. & YLN in Cleveland. This event is hosted by Dahlia Coffee Co. and Ghost Market CLE.

    Set-up-


    Vendors can arrive as early as 7:30 AM and as late as 8:30 AM within their assigned timeslot. If you arrive after 8:30 you may be told you are unable to vend the event. 

    If you are going to be late, it is important to contact Anna, Max, or Tess and notify them. 

    The event ends at 2:00 PM. You can start to pack-up at 2:00 PM, not before. If you sell out before 2:00 PM, please feel free to "close" your booth and hang out. This is to prevent any chaos or issues that come with loading out while customers are still in the way.

     


    Table Fee: $40
    (To be paid upon acceptance when signing the vendor agreement via Jotform)

    Booth Info:

    -Each vendor will get a 10ft by 10ft outdoor space.

    -Shared booths are allowed at this event (2 vendors per booth)

    -You will need your own tent, tent weights, table, table covering, and chair. A tent is required (the sun can be brutal, if you don't have a tent ask around about sharing / borrowing one!). You must have tent weights. 
    (Don't let these stop you from applying! If you are accepted and need help sourcing these things let us know.)

    -Your set-up is yours to decide on, as long as it isn't impeeding on others, feel free to get creative!

     

    Location Information:

    The market takes place in the grass field next to the Dahlia building. It is semi ADA accessable and there is an ADA accessable bathroom available.

    Food & Water:

    There will be food trucks, Dahlia serves food, and you may bring your own food or have it delivered.

    Water will be in a cooler provided by Ghost Market. (Check the day of details to find out where it will be located).

     

    Parking:

    Parking is free for vendors and guests! Vendors will be parking in the lot next to the field. You will get instructions for the day of that include a map with your parking clearly marked and your booth spot.

     

    Signage and Advertising:

    Ghost Market will be running paid ads on Instagram in the form of stories, posts, and reels. We will also be distributing physical flyers all over the Cleveland area. 

    Leading up to the event, there will be signs for it posted at and around Dahlia.

    On the day of the event there will be signs at the surrounding intersections and main roads directing people to the event. 

    Vendor Selection:
    -We will collect all of the applications and scheduling information from vendors, map out who can vend and where they will be. After we get this laid out, we will contact everyone who applied and let them know if they are vending and when. We will also send emails to those who are not selected and are on the wait list.
    -Applications will remain open throughout the season until every market date is full.
    -We are aiming for vendors to be announced a month before each market.

    Share the event on your socials and any other platforms you have.
    We will have flyers you can sign up to receive and hang up or pass out.

    If you are accepted as a vendor, you will recieve a list of tasks you can help with in order to collect vendor credits.
