Youth Class Scholarship Application

Fill out this form for consideration of scholarship funds for the Oliver Art Center summer youth program. All information will remain confidential. If you have more than one student applicant per family, you can use this form for all students (up to five), if they are in the same household.
Please complete all fields as accurately as possible. Because our curriculum is specifically designed for distinct developmental stages, accurate birth dates are required to ensure every student is placed in the appropriate age-eligible class.

Please note that if a student’s age does not meet the requirements for their specific program, we may need to transition them to a more suitable class. If no eligible alternative is available, the student may be withdrawn. To avoid any potential loss of tuition, please double-check all dates before submitting your registration.

We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and focused environment for all our students. To ensure everyone has a high-quality experience, we ask that all participants follow our community conduct guidelines. In the event that a student’s behavior consistently disrupts the learning experience of others, we may require that an adult accompany them to future sessions to provide additional support.
