USA Swimming, Inc., Maine Swimming, Inc., and Colby College shall be held free and harmless from any and all liabilities or claims for damages arising by reason of injuries to anyone during the conduct of this event.

In order to provide parents/guardians who are outside of the facility the ability to view their athletes’ events, this meet may be video-streamed following all MAAPP guidelines. By attending or participating in this competition, you acknowledge and grant permission to be included in the video-streaming.

LIABILITY RELEASE

Any swimmer whose entry is accepted will, for him/herself, his/her heirs, executors and administrations, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages he/she may have against United States Swimming, Maine Swimming and Colby College for any and all injuries suffered by him/her at said meet.  In submitting this entry the undersigned team certifies that all athletes in the entry are registered with USA Swimming.      

Final Date of Entry: 5PM on Tuesday, JULY 7, 2026 . If a swimmer is entered into the meet and is not registered by the entry deadline, the entering team will have 24 hours to have the swimmer register, the swimmer must compete “unattached” for the entire meet.
