I acknowledge that all vendor payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.Event Date Change Policy:The host reserves the right to reschedule or change the event date due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, venue issues, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond the host’s control. In the event of a date change, vendors will be provided with reasonable notice and their vendor registration will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date.
