Clinic Terms & Owner Responsibility Notice:

Vaccinations and microchips will be administered by a licensed veterinarian from One Love Animal Hospital during the TAILSPawlooza Healthy Pet Fair.

All services are provided at the discretion of the attending veterinarian. By participating, pet owners acknowledge and accept any risks associated with vaccinations and microchipping and agree to hold harmless TAILS Foundation Inc., event organizers, and veterinary staff from any liability arising from services provided.

It is the pet owner’s responsibility to ensure rabies certificates are completed with accurate information and that all microchip registration information is fully completed and submitted correctly (instructions will be given).

All reservations and payments are non-refundable. If you do not attend and are not present during the event (5/09/26 10am-1pm), your payment will be considered a donation to support TAILS Foundation Inc. programs and services.
