      Principal Functions:

      This role supports Education Department in managing visitor bookings, coordinating tours and shuttle bus arrangements, and assisting in the development of visitor programmes. The officer will also help organize Eco‑Guide training and promote WWF’s tours and activities to the public.

       

      Major Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Daily management of the booking system and monitoring upcoming events.

      • Coordinate tour schedules and shuttle bus arrangements.

      • Assist in organizing Eco‑Guide training sessions.

      • Support the development and implementation of new visitor programmess.

      • Handle visitor enquiries and provide accurate information.

      • Promote and market WWF tours, activities, and visitor programmes.

      • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

       

      Requirements:

      • Vocational training or diploma with Customer service-related experience

      • Passion for the outdoors and nature conservation.

      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

      • Experience in training coordination, tour operations, or environmental education.

      • Presentable, proactive, and a team player.

      • Proficiency in spoken Cantonese / Putonghua and English, with good written Chinese and English.

      • Flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
