Upload Delegate Letter requesting Specific Award-You must name the type of award, the year and the total amount of the award your requesting. Awards are given for TUITION ONLY. You must be currently enrolled in school at the time of this application as a full time student. If you are requesting only a portion of funds, or have requested funds previously, please include this information in your letter along with complete contact information.

All scholarship funds are paid directly to an accredited educational institution and not to the recipient.

Any unused scholarship funds must be returned to MASF and will not be issued to the student.

Recipients must maintain full-time enrollment at an accredited college or university.
