This award recognizes the Young Leader who showed a dedication and enthusiasm for their work, exemplifies excellence and should be considered ‘one to watch’ in the broad field of Corporate Real Estate (CRE) in any member category.

Eligibility Criteria

• CoreNet Global Young Leader member who works and resides in Singapore.
  (must be age 35 or younger by October 2026).
• Achievements occurring from 1 April 2025 – 31 March 2026.
• Actively engaged member. Examples of engagement may include but are not limited to: attended a Summit, a MCR candidate or other designation (LEED, registered architect, surveyor) or contributed to the content of a Chapter program/event, or a committee member.
• Singapore Chapter Board Members are exempted.

Submission Guidelines:

• Review the 2025 winning submission.
• Ensure nominations include clear evidence of achievements and diverse peer input to capture all relevant contributions. Nominations will be reviewed by senior members of the CRE profession and the quality of nomination should reflect this. 

Nominations close Friday, 22 May 2026 at 6:00PM SGT.  

1. Describe how you have developed and implemented initiatives that positively impacted the profession and used them in your current role. (35 points)

2. Please detail examples of demonstrated quantifiable achievements that contributed to your employer’s success. (35 points)

3. Please share how you have been actively involved in real estate industry organizations and/or CoreNet Global over the previous 12 months. What was the biggest takeaway or learning achievement you experienced? (15 points)

4. Please share how you have been actively pursuing professional development. Provide one goal or more you would like to achieve. (15 points)

Important:

• The local winner will be contacted in advance, announced at the September/October 2026 Symposium, and will represent Singapore Chapter as the official Global Award nominee.
• Global finalists will be contacted and required to make themselves available for an interview.
