  (Applies to both Individual and Team Games)

Inclement Weather Policy:

1. If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or a Black Rainstorm Warning is in force, the Club will remain closed and the Event/Class will be cancelled.

2. For any event/class affected by the above weather conditions, an email notification regarding the arrangement will be sent to participants at least 3 hours before the scheduled start time.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Members wishing to cancel their enrollment must notify USRC at least 2 days prior to the start date. No refund will be provided for cancellations made without such notice.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Events/Classes are on a first-come, first-served basis. Members have priority over guests and visitors.

2. In the case of full enrolment, member's guest on waitlist has a priority over visitors.

3. Members must accompany their guests at any time during the event.

4. Full charges will be applied for late cancellations or no-shows.

5. A doctor’s note must be provided in the event of injury or illness that prevents participation. Refunds are subject to management approval; otherwise, late cancellation or no-show charges will apply.

6. For members and guests, all payments will be processed through the USRC Membership Account only after the confirmation email is sent.

7. United Services Recreation Club reserve the right to change the rundown, venues, and time of the Event / Class without prior notice.

8. Events / Classes has a minimum and maximum requirement. If the minimum number of participants required is not met, the event/classes will be either cancelled or rescheduled. The Events / Classes scheduled date is subject to the availability of facilities.

9. Photos or video clips taken during class, events or shows may be used for Club’s internal reference or promotion purpose.

10. USRC has the right to change the event details at its discretion.
