    VENDOR TABLE COST:  $325

     

    Vendor Space Information

    Each Vendor Space includes: 

    • One 6-foot tableTwo chairs
    • Wi-Fi/Internet access
    • Two vendor credentials

    Please note: Vendors may not bring display walls, pipe-and-drape systems, large shelving units, clothing racks, or other structures that extend beyond their assigned space.  Per college's rules a certain amount of space has to be maintained for attendees.

     

    Load-In/Load-Out & Setup

    Vendor load-in begins at 8:00 AM. All vendor tables must be completely set up by 10:00 AM. Vehicles must be unloaded promptly to accommodate all vendors. Additional load-in instructions will be provided prior to the conference.

    Vendor load-out will begin at 8:00 PM following the conclusion of conference programming. Vendors are expected to keep their tables staffed and operational until the event ends. All merchandise, displays, equipment, and personal property must be removed from the venue during the designated load-out period.

    Refund Policy

    All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, scheduling conflicts, travel delays, or no-shows. If HAPI in the Chi is canceled by the organizers, attendees will have the option of a full refund, transfer to a rescheduled date, or credit toward a future HAPI event.

     

     

    HAPI in the Chi is a family-friendly event. Vendors may not display, promote, or sell sexually explicit materials, drug-related paraphernalia, illegal substances, or any products deemed inappropriate for a general audience. HAPI reserves the right to remove any prohibited items and/or revoke vendor privileges without refund.

    By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to all HAPI Marketplace vendor policies, requirements, deadlines, event rules, and refund policies. I understand that I am solely responsible for my merchandise, equipment, displays, transactions, and personal property during the event.

    I understand that vendor cancellations for any reason are non-refundable and that no refunds will be issued for cancellations, scheduling conflicts, travel delays, or no-shows.

    I understand that HAPI in the Chi reserves the right to deny, revoke, or terminate vendor participation without refund if event policies are violated or if products, services, or materials are misrepresented on this application.

    I grant HAPI in the Chi permission to photograph and record my vendor display, products, and participation for promotional, educational, and archival purposes.

    I understand that submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance until payment has been received and approved by event organizers.
