Application for Presentation Slot at ESCRS 2026 Operating Microscope Showdown

The aim of this event is to provide attendees with an unbiased, educational comparison of current cutting-edge operational microscope technologies.

This is not a sponsored event, instead interested companies are invited in an open call to apply for presentations at this meeting.

Requirements for presentations:

Companies will need to recommend the presenting surgeon which will then be contacted and invited by ESCRS. Since this is a non-sponsored event it is expected that the doctor does not receive any honorarium from the company.

Each 10-minutes section will be dedicated to one microscope and consist of the following parts:

1. Brief presentation of microscope specifications and unique features based on a consistent slide template used by all presenters to enable a fair comparison between different microscopes (1 minute)

2. Short surgical video in which this microscope is being used on a patient case (6 minutes)

3. Discussion (3 minutes).
