ALL EXHIBITS MUST ARRIVE AND BE COMPLETED BY: 6PM ON TUESDAY, JULY 21, 2026.

During move-in and / or move-out all workers must have a copy of their completed certificate from the Worker and/or Supervisor Awareness training as required by the Ontario Ministry of Labour (http://www.labour.gov.on.ca/english/hs/training/).

Safety footwear (Canadian Standards Act (CSA) approved / green patch steel toe shoes or boots) MUST BE worn at all times to gain access to the show floor during move-in and move-out. No other footwear will be permitted.

REMINDER: MUST BE SUBMITTED NO LATER THAN JUNE 30, 2026.
