Please go through the following guidelines before making a reservation:

1. Reservations for Balesin Key Suites are accepted six months prior to the stay date.
2. Room accommodation at the Balesin Key Suites is exclusive to Balesin Key members and their accompanied guests.
3. Only Members who have no outstanding balance are eligible to make a booking.
4. Free Villa Nights (FVNs) are exclusively for use by the Member, Spouse, qualified dependents up to age 25 and accompanied ascendants and descendants (direct relatives). The guests, if they are accompanied by a member, spouse, or any of the qualified dependents on the first two nights of their stay, may use the member's FVNs. The guests may use the FVNs on the 3rd and succeeding nights unaccompanied.
5. If a member has no remaining Free Villa Nights, they may only reserve a maximum of 3 rooms/suites at the member's rate. This is provided that a direct relative (ascendants/descendants) of the member is present in each reserved room or suite. Any room reservation requests exceeding this limit will be referred to The Alpha Suites Reservations.
6. All bookings must be booked and confirmed ONLY by the Balesin Key Reservations team.
7. Rooms are only reserved once an accomplished reservation form/template is submitted through email. Any changes to the booking must be done through email.
8. The Reservation Officers may give the room availability over the phone. However, pencil booking is not allowed.
9. A studio-type suite can accommodate up to 4 persons (2 adults and 2 children, 12 years old or younger), while a two-bedroom suite can accommodate up to 6 persons (4 adults and 2 children, 12 years old or younger). Only 1 additional occupant may be accommodated (Php 1,300 per night) in each suite. Infants under 24 months are not counted as occupants.
10. Payment must be made within seven (7) days upon receipt of the computation of charges for the reservation to be confirmed. Otherwise, it will be opened to other members. This is to maximize room availability for members confirmed bookings.
11. The proof of payment must be emailed to Balesin Key Reservations team for validation of the Treasury Department.
12. Bookings are only confirmed when full payment is received, and the amount is credited to the account of Alphaland.
13. For last-minute bookings (reservations made one day before arrival), payment must be made via credit card only. Check payments may not be accepted for last minute bookings as these are still subject for bank clearance.
14. The deadline for cancellations is one week (7 days) prior to the scheduled check-in date. If a cancellation is made within this 7-day period, a fee equivalent to the cost of one night per room will be forfeited. However, for cancellations made with more than 7 days' notice, any member overpayments may be applied to travel expenses across three key locations and will expire on the member's anniversary date. Refunds are not allowed.
