We move fast. Invoices must be paid within 48 hours of approval, or your spot will be released to the waitlist.
We are a rain or shine experience. Vendor fees are non-refundable because they are immediately deployed to secure event marketing, operational logistics, and our charitable donations. This ensures fairness, protects the quality of the event, and guarantees a lasting community impact. (Weather credits may be offered in extreme conditions, but are not guaranteed).
