Puppy Yoga Waiver & Release of Liability for 6/18/2026 event. I, the undersigned, understand and agree to the following terms by participating in Puppy Yoga:1. Voluntary Participation I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in a yoga class that includes the presence and interaction with live puppies.2. Assumption of Risk I understand that participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: Physical injury from yoga activity (slips, strains, sprains, falls, etc.)Interaction with puppies, which may include scratches, bites, allergic reactions, exposure to dander, or accidents (including urination/defecation).3. Animal Interaction & Health RisksI understand that although all reasonable measures are taken to ensure the puppies’ health, animals can carry bacteria, viruses, parasites, and other pathogens that may be transmissible to humans (“zoonotic diseases”). These may include, but are not limited to, ringworm, parasites, or bacterial infections. By participating, I voluntarily assume the risk of exposure to such illnesses and release Save A Life Pet Rescue INC. and its partners from any responsibility for illness or medical conditions that may result. 4. Health & Fitness affirm that I am physically fit to participate in yoga and have no medical condition that would prevent me from doing so safely. I understand it is my responsibility to consult a physician if I have concerns. 5. Release of LiabilityI release and hold harmless Save A Life Pet Rescue INC, its owners, instructors, volunteers, staff, and any partnering rescue/organization from any and all claims, liability, or damages arising from participation in Puppy Yoga. 6. Personal BelongingsI acknowledge that I am responsible for my personal belongings. The organizers are not liable for any lost, damaged, or soiled items. 7. Media ReleaseI grant permission for photos/videos taken during the event to be used for promotional purposes. 8.
