1) Eligibility and Voluntary Participation
I confirm that I am 21 years of age or older.
I understand that this event may include adult-oriented activities, physical demonstrations, and/or consensual activities. I am attending voluntarily.
2) Assumption of Risk (General)
I understand that being present at an event where physical activities may occur (including but not limited to wrestling, grappling demonstrations, movement-based activities, or related interactions) involves inherent risks. These risks may include, without limitation, slips, falls, collisions, strains/sprains, bruising, impact injuries, and other physical harm, including serious injury.
I voluntarily assume all risks of injury, illness, property damage, or loss that may occur to me while traveling to/from, entering, attending, observing, or participating in any aspect of the event, whether caused by the condition of the premises, actions of other attendees, performers, or my own actions, except where prohibited by law.
3) Participation Limits and Intoxication Rule
I understand and agree that:
- I may choose to observe only and not participate in any physical activities or mini sessions.
- If I participate in any physical activity or mini session, I will do so only when sober enough to provide clear, informed consent and to participate safely.
- I will not request, initiate, or engage in any mini session or physical activity while intoxicated or impaired (including by alcohol, cannabis, or other substances).
- Organizer and/or staff may refuse participation, end a session, or remove me from the event if they reasonably believe I am intoxicated/impaired or otherwise unable to consent or participate safely.
4) No Touching / Consent and Conduct Rules
To protect performers, creators, staff, and attendees, I agree that:
- I will not touch any performer, instructor, model, content creator, Domme, wrestler, staff member, or other attendee unless I have their explicit, affirmative consent at that time.
- I understand that “consent” must be clear, voluntary, and specific, and may be withdrawn at any time. If someone says “no,” “stop,” or appears uncomfortable, I will immediately stop and give space.
- I will follow all event rules and staff instructions, including any designated “no-contact,” “no-filming,” or restricted areas.
5) Mini Sessions
If I choose to engage in a mini session during this event, I understand and agree:
- Mini sessions are consensual activities between adults and may involve physical contact, restraint, grappling, or power-exchange elements only as explicitly negotiated.
- I will truthfully disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, limitations, or safety concerns before participating.
- I agree that the Organizer, performers, and staff may decline, modify, or stop any interaction for any reason, including safety or consent concerns, without refund (if applicable).
6) No Photos / No Video Without Permission
I understand that privacy and discretion are a core part of this event. I agree that:
- I will not take photos, record video, or record audio anywhere on-site without explicit permission from the Organizer and from any identifiable person who may be captured (performers, attendees, staff, etc.).
- Consent must be explicit and specific (e.g., “yes, you can take a photo of me right now for X purpose”). Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
- I will not livestream, video call, or otherwise transmit any portion of the event.
- I will not share, post, distribute, or publish any images, recordings, names, or identifying details of any person from the event without their explicit permission.
- I understand that violation of this policy may result in immediate removal without refund (if applicable), and may subject me to additional consequences (including being banned from future events and/or legal action where appropriate).
7) Prohibited / Illegal Activities
I understand and agree that:
- Illegal activities are prohibited at this event and on the premises.
- I will not bring, use, distribute, or sell illegal drugs or other contraband; I will not engage in assault, harassment, theft, or any other illegal conduct.
- If I choose to engage in prohibited or illegal behavior, I do so against event rules, and I accept full responsibility for my actions and any consequences.
- I understand that the Organizer does not encourage or authorize illegal activity and is not responsible for illegal acts committed by attendees. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer (and, if applicable, the venue, staff, contractors, and participating performers) from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from my illegal actions or rule violations, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8) Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and waive any claims against the Organizer, participating performers/contractors, staff, and (if applicable) the venue and its owners/agents, arising from my attendance at or participation in the event, including claims for personal injury, illness, death, or property damage, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct where such waiver is not permitted by law.
9) Removal / No Refund Policy for Violations
I understand I may be removed from the event without refund (if applicable) for violating event rules, including intoxication-related participation, harassment, unwanted touching, or unsafe behavior.
10) Severability
If any portion of this agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect.
11) Acknowledgment and Signature
I have read this document, understand it, and sign it voluntarily.
