SEAS's High School Youth Group "AXIOS"

is open to all incoming 9th-12th grade youth, Catholic or otherwise.

Details:
- We meet every Tuesday night, 7:30 pm-9 pm enter through the gym doors.
- We ask that you fill out this registration form so that we can have information about students who are attending for communication and emergencies.
- We ask that once a year you fill out the Medical release form (linked at the bottom of this form). Please print and bring or we will have copies available.
- We have T - Shirts to purchase for $10 (optional).
