  • Are you prepared to network your foster animal to your friends, family, and community for adoption? This means taking photos, posting about them, and trying to get them adopted?*
  • Are you able to give Seraphina’s Sanctuary regular updates on your foster pet?*
  • Do you understand that as a foster volunteer, you provide daily care & supplies, while Seraphina’s Sanctuary provides all medical care & necessities, including but not limited to vaccines, medications, spay/neuter, and additional necessary procedures, while you provide water, food, litter, and any toys, enrichment, and day to day supplies that provide care for your foster, unless Seraphina’s has the resources to provide additional supplies?*
  • Do you understand that if you take the animal(s) to a vet without explicit permission of Seraphina’s Sanctuary, you are responsible for the cost of the vet visit—Seraphina’s Sanctuary is happy to schedule & pay for vet visits with clear communication and agreement in needs.
  • Do you agree to give Seraphina’s Sanctuary at least 2 weeks notice before needing to return your foster to the Sanctuary (ie. vacation plans, moving, etc.) barring any emergencies that would require immediate transfer, so that we may have time to secure another foster?*
  • Do you understand that you are still required to complete an adoption application and pay an adoption fee for any foster you are interested in making a permanent member of your family?*
