Virtual Retreat Recording Access
Can't join us live at the beach? You can still learn from the incredible speakers and sessions presented during the 2026 Restore & Renew Retreat through our Virtual Recording Access options.
All retreat sessions will be recorded and made available to virtual participants.
When Will Recordings Be Available?
All recordings are expected to be available on or before November 20, 2026. Every effort will be made to meet this timeline. However, unforeseen circumstances such as technical difficulties, recording issues, presenter-related delays, or other events beyond our reasonable control may occasionally require additional processing time. In such cases, the release date may be extended as needed to ensure the best possible viewing experience. Should a delay occur, participants will be notified as soon as possible.
All available recordings will be released at the same time rather than on a rolling basis.
Virtual Access Options
All-Access Pass
The Virtual All-Access Pass includes all recorded educational sessions from the 2026 Restore & Renew Retreat. Additional sessions may be added to the retreat schedule prior to the event. Any sessions added before the retreat will automatically be included in the All-Access Pass at no additional cost.
The All-Access Pass includes:
- Access to all eligible recorded retreat sessions
- Ability to watch sessions on your own schedule during the access period
- Access to any accompanying handouts or resources provided by presenters (when available)
- Ability to revisit sessions as often as desired during the access period
À La Carte Sessions
Participants may choose to purchase individual session recordings instead of the All-Access Pass.
Each à la carte purchase includes:
- Access to the selected session recording only
- Any accompanying handouts or resources provided for that session (when available)
- Unlimited viewing during the access period
Recording Access Period
- Sessions presented by Laurel Wilson will be available for 3 months from the recording release date.
- All other retreat session recordings will be available for 6 months from the date of release.
- After the access period expires, recordings will no longer be available for viewing.
What to Expect
- Virtual access includes recorded content only and does not include in-person attendance.
- Recordings are provided for individual use by the registered purchaser only and may not be shared, distributed, copied, or reproduced.
- Not all retreat activities may be recorded. Informal networking opportunities, discussions, meals, and certain retreat experiences may be available exclusively to in-person attendees.
- Recording availability is subject to presenter permissions and technical considerations.
- Access periods begin on the date recordings are released, not the date of purchase.
- No refunds will be issued due to failure to watch recordings before the access period expires.
