By filling out our Summer promotion form, you agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined: Offer valid May 1 - 31, 2026 for new and returning Family Memberships. Waive registration fee ($150 value), get the rest of May complimentary, and receive $10 off June, July, August, September 2026. All applicants must sign a physical membership agreement.
