Every Monday for 5 weeks, starting July 6th
*If this form is still active, there are still spots available*

Teams may pay together by registering as a team, or you may pay separately by registering as an individual. The form will guide you through indicating who your teammates are if you choose to register individually. If all teammates are not signed up by the June 22nd deadline, we will place pair you up with someone looking for a team.

If you have a two-person team that is looking for a third teammate, please have both teammates register as individuals and we will pair you up.

All sales are final and league payments are non-refundable. Team placement may be transferred to another player if requested prior to 7:00 PM on July 6th (the first show).
