Pauline Foster Women's Leadership Institute Cohort 6 Application

The Pauline Foster Women's Leadership Institute brings together a cohort of Jewish women for a year of leadership growth. Over twelve sessions, including a Shabbat retreat, participants build skills in self-awareness, trust, governance, and communal leadership, and practice using their voice in the cohort and in their own institutions.

The application takes about 20 minutes. We want to hear how you lead and what you're hoping to grow.

Applications are due Thursday, December 3, at 11:59 pm. After that, we'll accept applications only until all seats are filled.

The Institute was created in memory of Pauline Foster (z''l), a pioneering San Diego Jewish community leader. She was a founder of Federation's Women's Division and the first woman in our community to chair both the Women's Philanthropy and the Board of Directors for Jewish Federation of San Diego.

Thanks to the generosity of our donors, this program is highly subsidized. The program tuition is $1,800. If the full tuition is a barrier, a small number of scholarships are available if accepted into the program.

We thank you for your commitment to attending all sessions. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, your participation is crucial due to the program's rich programming and the importance of building a cohesive cohort experience.

If an unforeseen circumstance that prevents you from attending a session should arise, communication with the cohort leaders is expected as early as possible before the session.

I can attend the Kickoff Dinner on February 23 and the Shabbaton Weekend on March 12 to 14. I understand the program meets twelve times between February 2027 and January 2028, and I'm ready to show up for the full year.
