DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT
- Workflow and communication
- As a solo artist managing a dynamic schedule, I appreciate your patience.
- Please allow 24-72 hours for a response to any request or inquiry.
- My workflow can vary based on current life transitions and project complexity. While I strive for steady progress, there may be periods of downtime. I commit to providing a status update if a delay exceeds a couple weeks.
- Order process and payment
- Each submission covers one (1) individual artwork or music track. For multiple commissions, please submit a separate form for each. This helps me keep your specific requirements organized!
- After you submit this form, I will provide a preliminary sketch for art commission requests, or a short demo of the main motif(s) for music commission requests to confirm the direction and complexity.
- Once you approve the sketch/demo, I will send a final invoice via Paypal or Square. For experimental pieces or complex music, this is when the final variable rate will be locked in.
- The full payment is required before I proceed to the final rendering or full production. Once payment is confirmed, I will complete the work and deliver the high-resolution files.
- I accept payment via PayPal or Credit/Debit Card only. I no longer accept Discord Nitro, eShop points, or other digital currencies that cannot be transferred to real usable currencies.
- Rights, Usage, and Credit
- Upon completion and full payment, the work is yours for personal use (e.g., social media avatars, personal prints, or non-monetized stream graphics)
- If you intend to use the work for profit (merchandise, album comvers, monetized branding, etc.), a separate commercial license fee must be discussed and paid.
- You agree to credit me as the creator in a notable way. Please use these aliases ONLY: "CosmicBrie," or "Brielle J."
- Communication and Ghosting Policy
- If a client does not respond to progress checks or inquiries for 30 days, the project will be moved to the end of my priority list.
- If a client remains unresponsive for over 90 days, the commission will be considered forfeited. No refunds will be issued for forfeited projects, as that slot was reserved specifically for you.
- REFUND POLICY: A refund may be issued ONLY under the following conditions:
- If my schedule changes and I am no longer able to fulfill your request, a full refund will be issued.
- If the project exceeds a specifically discussed and agreed-upon hard deadline without prior communication
- If the client provides a valid reason for cancellation before the work has reached the "final render" stage
- NOTE: Once a project is finished and delivered, no refunds will be permitted
