Youth Group Application

Delta Academy (middle school aged females, ages 11-14) & Delta GEMS (high school aged females, ages 14-18)
- Delta Academy Program
  
  PROGRAM MEMBERSHIP
  
  The requirements for membership are as follows:
  - Participants must have been assigned female at birth
  - Entering or currently a middle school student for the 2026-2027 academic year (6th, 7th & 8th grade)
  - Have a 2.5 cumulative GPA (not applicable for students entering middle school).
  - Complete and return the Parental/Guardian Form
  - Complete the application correctly and return it by the specified due date.
  - Attend any identified mandatory workshop and community service activity during that application time.
  - If selected, agree to the following during membership:
    
    Quarterly review of academic grades to monitor improvement academically.
    
    Maintain a 2.50 cumulative GPA to participate the following year
    
    Have no more than three absences from the mandatory events (i.e., community service projects, monthly workshops, college/career fairs, etc.)
    
    Maintain the integrity of the code of conduct as established and identified in the GEMS Handbook
  Please note, some young ladies may be offered “probationary” membership.
