The PFO is looking for volunteers to assist with the upcoming Cohen Carnival. We need to fill over 200 volunteer slots. Please consider volunteering for a shift or the entire event!

Date: Friday, June 5, 2026

Location: Cohen Back Parking Lot

Times:
- Set-up: 3:30pm - 5pm
- Event: 5pm - 8pm
- Tear Down: 8pm - 9pm

We will contact you via email one week prior to the event with event assigments and instructions. Please check your spam folder for our emails.

We will be monitoring the weather closely in the days leading up to carnival. If it looks like storms and/or significant rain are expected then we will move the event indoors. Some positions would be elminated if this occurs. We will contact everyone 2 days in advance if we need to change to indoors.

We have 215 volunteer slots we need to fill across all 4 shifts.
- Shift 1 - Set-up, 3pm - 5pm (25 slots available)
- Shift 2 - 5pm - 6:30pm (85 slots available)
- Shift 3 - 6:30pm - 8pm (85 slots available)
- Shift 4 - Tear down, 8pm - 9pm (20 slots available)

We try our best to accomodate all position requests, however, some positions do fill up faster than others. If we no longer have space available for the position you are requesting, we will call or email you.
