Submit a 1,500–2,000 word biographical essay organized into eight numbered sections: (1) Conversion/Call, (2) Ministry History, (3) Present Ministry, (4) Strengths/Growth, (5) Spiritual Gifts, (6) Long-Term Vision, (7) IGSL Program Goals, and (8) Family Situation. Write the essay in clear English, ensuring you address your successes, challenges, and future goals under the required headers. Re-applicants only need to provide an update, while those returning after a withdrawal must explain their previous departure.

Doctrinal Survey

Write a 1,500–2,000 word theological survey from memory, without using a Bible or outside resources. In your own words, provide your biblical convictions on: (1) the Trinity, (2) biblical inspiration and authority, (3) the dual nature of Christ, (4) the process of salvation, (5) the security of the believer, and (6) the role of the Holy Spirit. Ensure you include pertinent Scripture references and passages from memory to support your views.
