Register for Liberty K9 Services' Dock Diving seminar with Christy Hutson. Please review all event details, rules, and waivers before completing your registration.

Rules and Regulations
• Dogs must be healthy and up-to-date on vaccinations.
• Handlers are responsible for maintaining control of their dogs at all times.
• Dogs must remain leashed when not on the dock.
• Only one dog on the dock at a time unless directed by staff.
• Aggressive dogs will be removed from the event area.
• Handlers must clean up after their dogs.
• Only safe retrieving toys are allowed. No prong, choke, or e-collars permitted on the dock.
• Dogs in heat are NOT permitted.
• Participants must follow all staff instructions at all times.
Photo/Video Release
I grant Liberty K9 Services permission to use photos and videos taken during the event for marketing and promotional purposes.
Veterinary Emergency Authorization
I authorize Liberty K9 Services staff to seek emergency veterinary care for my dog if necessary. I agree to be responsible for any resulting expenses.
Liability Waiver
I acknowledge the inherent risks of dock diving activities and agree to release Liberty K9 Services LLC, property owners, volunteers, sponsors, and staff from liability for any injury, illness, loss, or damage involving myself, my dog, or my property.
Payment of $25 will be taken day of the event. Cash, Zelle (912-271-1887) CashApp ($libertyk9services) will be accepted. Times are liable to change if there is a large amount of teams who sign up.
