Liability Release and Acknowledgment
I understand and acknowledge that participation in farm camp activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to interaction with animals and exposure to farm equipment, tools, vehicles, surfaces, and other hazards commonly found on a working farm. I recognize that animals may behave unpredictably and that even properly supervised animals can kick, bite, scratch, startle, collide with, or otherwise injure people or property. I further understand that farm equipment and machinery can be dangerous and may cause serious injury or damage if misused, malfunctioning, or encountered unexpectedly. In consideration of being permitted to participate in farm camp activities, I, on behalf of myself, my child, and our heirs, assigns, and personal representatives, knowingly and voluntarily release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Copper Cow Creamery, MooRiah Dairy, the Reece family, and any and all related entities, affiliates, owners, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, contractors, representatives, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, causes of action, damages, losses, costs, or expenses of any kind arising out of or related to participation in farm camp activities, including those resulting from ordinary negligence to the fullest extent permitted by law. I agree to follow all posted rules, safety instructions, and staff directions, and I understand that participation may be refused or ended at any time if safety rules are not followed. I have read this statement carefully, understand its contents, and voluntarily accept its terms.Please acknowledge farm safety rules at all times.
