2026 Entrepreneur of the Year Nomination Form
An Entrepreneur is defined as: a person who organizes and operates a business or businesses, taking on greater than normal financial risks in order to do so.
NOMINATION CRITERIA:
Young Professional (YP) must live and/or work in the Fox Cities*
YPs business must conduct business within the Fox Cities*
Entrepreneur must be the majority owner of the business
YP should be active in community service
YP must be 40 years of age or younger at the time of the award
Applications sent to each nominee must be completed by the nominated person and then submitted for consideration (only one nomination is necessary; multiple nominations do not strengthen candidate’s chance at winning)
Previous winners are not eligible to reapply
Nominator deadline is July 9 at noon. Application deadline is July 23 at noon.
*The Fox Cities Chamber serves all of the Fox Cities communities within the counties of Outagamie, Calumet and the northern portion of Winnebago.
