The invoice will be sent to you after registration. The participation fee includes the ticket for the full program from 23–26 June 2026, catering costs, and transportation within Morocco. Flights to and from Morocco as well as accommodation must be booked individually and are not included in the participation fee. EMA is happy to provide recommendations and support with bookings.
The event may be postponed or cancelled by the organizer due to force majeure or other organizational reasons. Any fees already paid will be refunded in this case. Further claims for damages are excluded. A free cancellation is possible up to 15 working days before the event. A substitute person may attend the event. Please also note the General Terms and Conditions. EMA e.V. excludes liability for damage or cancellation fees of any kind.
German citizens require a passport valid for at least six months beyond the date of entry for tourism and business purposes up to 90 days, but no visa. Entry with a German identity card is not possible (as of 15 April 2026). Further entry requirements and safety advisories can be found at: www.auswaertiges-amt.de.
During the event, photo and video recordings may be made for documentation purposes. By registering, you agree that you may appear in such recordings, including those intended for publication on the internet.
