    TICA Data Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 70 638 779 521) is a tenancy database that records personal information including tenancy application enquiries and tenancy history. If a check is conducted through the TICA system, this may result in information being disclosed about your previous rental history, and your current or future managing agent or landlord being advised of your application.

    TICA Assist Pty Ltd (ABN 28 137 488 503) records information from debt collection agencies, credit providers, and associated industries.

    The information held by TICA may include:
    • Name and date of birth
    • Driver’s licence, passport, or proof of age details
    • Contact details including address, phone, and email
    • Employment and income details
    • Rental history and tenancy-related comments
