Touch-Up Policy Acknowledgement

I understand that touch-ups are assessed on a case-by-case basis and I’m not automatically guaranteed

I understand that my tattoo must be fully healed (4-8 weeks) before a touch-up can be performed

I understand that my first touch-up is complementary

I understand that any additional touch-ups will incur a fee of $50, or $100 for hand/finger tattoos

I understand that submitting this form does not guarantee a booking and my request must be approved

I understand that my first touch-up session is complementary. However, if I cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of my appointment, or fail to attend (no-show), I forfeit my complimentary touch-up. Any future touch-up appointments will be charged at the standard touch-up rates.
